It depends on where you are. Orders processed for the UK will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

If you’d like to return an item, please contact us at hello@lumapulse.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with the seals intact and in resalable condition. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened products unless they are faulty or defective. If you believe there is an issue with your product, please email us with your order number and a brief description, and we will be happy to assist.

Skincare creams cannot be returned.
