What is LED light therapy and how does it work?
LED (Light Emitting Diode) therapy is a non-invasive skincare treatment that uses specific wavelengths of light to stimulate cellular activity in the skin. Different colours penetrate at varying depths to promote collagen production, reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and support skin regeneration.

What do the different LED light colours mean?
Red Light (630β660nm): Stimulates collagen, reduces inflammation, and promotes anti-ageing.
Blue Light (415β445nm): Kills acne-causing bacteria and calms breakouts.
Purple Light: Combines red and blue benefitsβideal for acne-prone skin with signs of ageing.

Is LED light therapy safe?
Yes. LED light therapy is clinically proven, non-invasive, and free from UV rays. It does not cause damage or downtime and is safe for most skin types. Medical-grade devices, such as those used by Luma Pulse, adhere to the highest safety standards.
How often should I use LED light therapy to see results?
For optimal results, LED therapy can be used 3β5 times per week, especially in the initial phase. Visible improvements, such as smoother skin or reduced acne, typically appear within 4β6 weeks. Consistency is keyβthink of it as long-term self-care for your skin.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed for the UK will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What is your return policy?
If youβd like to return an item, please contact us at hello@lumapulse.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with the seals intact and in resalable condition. Once approved, weβll provide return instructions. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Can I return a product if Iβve opened or used it?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened products unless they are faulty or defective. If you believe there is an issue with your product, please email us with your order number and a brief description, and we will be happy to assist.
Skincare creams cannot be returned.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If youβd like a different product, you may return your item (if eligible) and place a new order separately. Contact us for help with this process.
What should I do if my LED device isnβt working properly?
If your LED mask or device isnβt functioning as expected, please check the user manual or FAQs for troubleshooting tips. Still having trouble? Contact us at hello@lumapulse.co.uk with your order details and a description of the issue. Our customer care team will provide assistance.
